This weekend ALL of the seedlings made their maiden voyage from the basement into the backyard hoop houses, where they’re soaking up the sun’s rays (even through the clouds).

Place your pre-order to help guarantee your preferred veggie varieties. Order soon before items sell out! The last day to pre-order is April 29th. We’ll have seedlings available at the three pick-up sites if you’d rather select from our stash in person.

Join Rachel this Saturday, April 11th, 11 am -12:30 pm for a general class on Organic Gardening at Fullersburg Woods Nature Center (Oak Brook)

Experience the rewards of growing your own organic veggies and herbs. Rachel will discuss how to manage an organic vegetable garden, including pest control and soil amendments.

Please call 630-850-8110 to register. $10 per participant. Fee helps support Fullersburg’s environmental education fund.

She’ll share her steps towards asking and answering “how do I want to share myself with the world?” We’ll spend time connecting in and asking ourselves thoughtful questions, creating art together and daring to experience our true selves.
